Is your Committee/Ministry Planning a Weekly, Monthly Meeting or Events?

St. Maximilian Kolbe and St. Katharine Drexel’s calendar is open and ready to schedule the 2025-26 calendar for all meetings and parish events. Every effort will be made to honor your requests for use of our parish facilities. Please acquire an application from the main office.

This form needs to be signed and returned before any event will be added to the calendar. An email blast will be going out in the coming weeks to the groups that currently use our facilities if we have your contact information.

Church sponsored programs (example: FF/Music) are given priority. Because of that, we may have to give your group the next available date or a different room other than the one that is requested. Space on certain days is limited, and we would like to accommodate everyone for the times you are requesting.

The staff is asking those who are planning an event to collaborate and communicate with the office and business office to follow purchasing and reimbursement policy procedures, bulletin submission dates and building and property procedures.
